Combining motherhood and writing …

… doesn’t always work. Being a mom is my first priority but when I do have time to write (read: 1 a.m., sitting at the computer, toddler asleep in my arms) I often write about my kids. Call it bias, but I find my offspring to be categorically, undeniably intriguing.
